Wmart wants to move into the Inner-city, and is being blocked.

Here is the bill the Senate Judiciary Committee is recommending.

To receive a work visa, illegal immigrants would be forced to:

1) Register with the government or face deportation.

2) Pay a $1,000 fine.

3) Undergo an extensive and comprehensive background check to ensure they do not have a criminal record or pose a danger to society.

*** Since their pay is SO LOW, how can they Live on it, and have Long term employment?

After six years of work in the United States, they could apply for a second five year extension. Immigrants would be forced to:

6) Pay another $1,000 fine.

7) Undergo a second comprehensive background check to ensure they do not have a criminal record or pose a danger to society.

8) Pay any back taxes.

9) Attend a class on American civics.
*** Where would these classes be conducted? Who would teach them? Bigger Gov't.

10) Learn to speak English.
*** After 6 years?

11) Upon completion of these requirements, they would go to the back of the line to apply for permanent resident alien status.

12) After another five years (a total of 11 years after first registering) they would be eligible to apply to become an American citizen.

There is NO mention in here of REQUIRING THEY BE PAID THE MINIMUM WAGE.

HEALTH CARE FOR ALL - HCFA

There is TO MUCH PROFIT IN THE CURRENT SYSTEM.
Doctors, Hospitals, and Drug Companies make TOO MUCH $$$$$. These need to be put under some kind of control.

The Money for - HEALTH CARE FOR ALL - could come from 2 places. 1. Some of it would come from those that have Current Health Care coverage, that coverage would be eliminated and THIS MONEY BE USED TO PAY FOR HCFA (HEALTH CARE FOR ALL).

2. The rest would come from the Fed (the taxpayers) which is where it comes from now. People should have a Choice - HCFA or Their own.

Also, those that want, and can afford ADDITIONAL COVERAGE could choose that.
